This project methodology ensures your new patio, pergola, deck, alfresco or outdoor area will meet your expectations and increase the value of your home.
Measure, Design & Quote
Please contact My Patio to schedule an appointment for one of our Design Consultants to visit and discuss your requirements. We’ll listen and discuss the design, desired style, material selection and show you the many choices for roofing including colour and profile choices.
Often, your My Patio Design Consultant can prepare a conceptual drawing with a formal quotation during the initial visit. If your design requires additional effort, a second visit may be necessary.
Formal Quote Approval
When you are ready to move forward with your project, we will provide you with a project timeline and request a small deposit to begin work. We will prepare and submit the design for council approval on your behalf and facilitate all communications to make sure your project stays on schedule.
Plans and Council
The council approval process often requires drawing amendments and additional details which we will provide and keep you notified of the approval status.
Most projects are usually approved quickly depending on council workload. however, more complex projects can take 6 weeks or more. We will keep you notified of any issues or delays.
Manufacturing
Once the council approval is received, we will verify your material and colour choices and begin fabrication. Your welcome to visit our shop during the fabrication cycle to see the progress and inspect the material and colour choices.

Delivery & Installation
My Patio will contact you to schedule the delivery of the material and assemblies and provide the schedule for the trade labor to assemble your project.
On-site
The Tradesmen are highly skilled and fully insured. We are in constant contact with them every day ensure that your expectations are achieved and to resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
Final Quality Approval
After your project is installed, My Patio will schedule a final quality inspection to verify your project has been completed to your satisfaction.
